SMART Goals as a Student Production
On set with a student production crew. This month, my team and I asked our portfolio classes to create original content around setting SMART goals.
Rather than tired instructional videos, we encouraged students to create something that reflected on or contextualized their experience with goal setting.
On the surface, this looks like an activity to get the students creatively exploring the topic, but dig a little deeper you’ll see project management, communication, collaboration, and mentorship.
What’s more, this activity was an opportunity for students to make something really cool - maybe even something portfolio worthy!
This group was doing a spoof a-la “The Office”!
